Bad service complaints ignored

I logged a complaint on the McCarthy Toyota website, on their facebook site and on Hello Peter. All they do is respond with a pre-written response that claims I've been given a customer care reference number. There is no-one to phone and no way to use this number. Nobody has called me or contacted me. I'm sure this complaint will also receive the standard \you've been given a customer care reference number"response."""
