BAD SERVICE

Sent in my car on the 3rd of February to have the ABS system looked into. Was told by BRIAN that they needed to replace the front bearings, front disks and brake pads. I asked for a quotation first before I could approve. Was told I would get the quotation the next day. It has been one and a half weeks and I still haven't received the quotation. I call in everyday to inquire but BRIAN always has the same strange excuse, LOAD SHEDDING. Seriously how can one area have load shedding that lasts one and a half weeks? I am beginning to suspect that BRIAN is bull****ting me.
