Bad service

The service I got from Bidevest McCarthy Nissan Germiston is the worst I've had. The sales person Tshepo Qhinebe and his manager Charles. They don't even care of customer service. Once u have bought their car they are done. They gave me a car with no manual, no service book and no spare key. I've been calling them and even going there physically but have not been assisted. They only try look like they working when u standing infront of them once u leave they forget u even existed. The very same car I bought brand new 2019 model got stuck and it won't even start. When I went there to complain the manager was acting like he wants to help, as soon as I looked the other way he disappeared and left me in the hands of the sales person.
