BAD SERVICE AT VW MCCARTHY CONSTANTIA KLOOF!!

Took my VWPolo Vivo 1.4 for 75K service on 13 March 19 to VW Mccarthy Constantia Kloof & was assisted by a lady named Simone to book it in. Took it in with my gears all working smoothly but when I went to collect it the same day, I felt that there was something wrong with my gear 3 & 4 while driving. I struggled to get into gear 3 several times, took it back following day as the problem continued. I was told no work was done on it and that it's not their problem it is mine. They kept telling me my car model is old and that maybe the reason why the gearbox gave in. Now I'm driving a car with gear problem and cost is on me. I urge anyone who's thinking of taking their car there for service to find an alternative dealership to avoid regrets like this.
