Bad Service at McCarthy Suzuki Kenilworth

I had my Chery QQ3 TX 0.8L serviced at McCarthy Suzuki Kenilworth on 4 May 2016. A 45 000km service was done and a exhaust flex pipe was replaced. The car was sent in on 3 May already and had to stay there till 6 May on account of the exhaust flex pipe being received on 5 May only. I got the car back on 7 May and I could still hear a noise coming from the engine when you speed over 50km/hour. I reported it in person on 10 May to Mr Peter Abrahams (Service Manager). It came to light then that the car was never driven for a test after the exhaust flex pipe was replaced. The car was fetched from my work address in Paarl on 12 May. The next day I got the car back with a hefty quote on the one wheel bearing being faulty. Going through the service manual of Chery on 16 May I found that the wheel bearing is still under warranty. I phoned Mr Abrahams about this and he said that they would claim this from Chery SA. I waited till the 25th when my wife got a call from Chemeny just to tell her that the claim was rejected. She could not give a reason for this. Today (27th) I left a message for Mr Abrahams about 11h00 and did not receive a call back. When I phoned again at 15h30 Mr Abrahams has gone home already and Chemeny did not answer her phone. I want to go away for the weekend on 3 June with this car, but with the faulty wheel bearing, I've been told by another person, is very risky. This is not the first time that I received bad service at McCarthy Suzuki Kenilworth. Please help!
