Bad service approach

I just confirmed what my friends warned me about VW Middelburg. Really poor service , the attitude in the workshop is really scary. Took the car in for a normal 30k service and they gave me a car back with the complete air box lying loose on top of the engine. I also asked to repair a small snag for me, a rattle in the drivers side door. I have to go back a second time because they didn't do the job. Then after taking it back and still not fixed the inside door handle has a crack in it , that is the force they used to take the door apart. You will not win there really scary.
