Bad service and Service Manager is ****** .

They took my car for service and never done all the necessary service , due to their unprofessionalism . Had to drive back again to re-do the fan belt .

Then I asked them can I get 50% off since I’ve drove for more than 200 km as it was their fault to order wrong part , The Manager firstly agreed and they took my car in , when I came back to pick up my car they said I must pay the full amount . The Manager Mr Jason gave me an attitude and said Black people like to do things for as if they owing the dealership . And he went further to remove the Fan Belt and asked me to go do my service somewhere else .

This is so painful because I been their customer from day 1 I’ve bought so many cars from them and I’ve been servicing my car from them . I don’t know whether only white people must use this Dealership.
