BAD SERVICE AND PROMISSES

Please be very careful of using this dealership, they invoiced and charged me for number plates and registration of my car and afterwards they said that they could not register my car because I live in another city, they said I must do it and they will refund me this as I already paid for this. I understand that they cannot register when I am living in another city. I have now for almost 3 weeks been sending them emails asking for my refund but without any answers even to my mails. The salesman Eric is all just salesman talk with absolutely no client service at all, once the sale is through then he does not care about you further
