BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

I AM NOT HAPPY, AND THIS ONLY COSTED ME THOUSANDS OF MONEY AS MY PERMIT EXPIRED IN JANUARY 30TH 2016. <br> After i sent a report here on Hello Peter Mccathy said they will respond within 58 hours, but nothing, then I went to Ford The Glen the selfish arrogant Charl didn't even bother to pitch to give me my number plate and the spare keys, he sent his colleague Tshepo Ndlovu to give me, I request to speak to the the principal dealer and Tshepo said he won't even bother to come, <br> <br> however the arrogant Charl was there decided not to see me , I asked about the spare key Tshepo adv the manager is not there, and he told me my car doesn't come with a Folding key but Charl promised me i will get it, and the gift and as he gave me half tank petrol on the day of my car delivery in November ,When I query this, he said I was gonna get them. But now ignores me.<br> <br> I just hate the day I walked in their Ford offices, if this is how the they call integrity and customer service<br>
