Bad service and attitude from VW Wonderboom

My wife and I booked in her VW Polo TSi for the first oil service in the week. Our service advisor was Megan, she did not even greet us properly not to mention a friendly smile. We collected our car @ 14:30 and upon collection we saw marks on the vehicle. Small dots of paint all over the car. The front and rear windscreen was also sprayed and dirty. I called Megan again and asked her if this was the standard at VW Wonderboom and I also asked her if she thinks if any customer will accept a car in this condition? She ignored the question three times but then answered, \no". She also raised her voice at me and my wife and said she does not wash the car herself. I then told her that it is her job to look after us and she must make a plan. She is really harming the dealerships image. She is unfriendly and while this carried on she continued with other customers. I told them to keep my car their and remove the dots of paint as I will collect the vehicle the following day. I still don't know who over-spray could get onto our vehicle? I did send a e-mail to their DP"
