BAD SERVICE!
In August 2013 my vehicles manual was ******. I promptly ordered another one through Theresea calling or emailing monthly to hear progress. The same response was given everytime. \It has been ordered and waiting for delivery from Germany."August 2014 I contacted her again and she put me through to the parts department who also said they waiting for the manual. Its now been 1 year and 8 months later and im still sitting without my manual."""
