Bad service

I bought a car from Kt the sales agent I didn't even test drive the car to my surprise the car was faulty brakes gear box the list goes on I tried to do an upliftment and he refused saying his boss Eleazar refuses I got absa involved and they finally agreed to give me another broken car...first day I had the car the entire dash lights was on I called and asked to speak to the dealer principal Mohamed Ali who requested for a meeting and bul**** me telling me they won't change the car I must jst keep it or they can buy it back for less....they refusing to sort this out I paid them the shortfall of Mt car yet they wanting me to drive their broken car which a safety Hazzard for myself and my kids.i even requested to speak to Hendrick vermaak their CEO

They ignore My emails reject my calls and when I go to the dealership they in meetings
