Bad Service

On the 25th November I signed a deal with McCarthy Roodeoort. However, about a month later I got a call that the shortfall was not added to my car sale - apparently mistake from sales person (Carol).

This was raised to the dealership by the person that referred me to the dealership. Apparently head Office resolved the matter but I have still not been contacted.
