BAD SERVICE

I brought my car to MCCARTHY GM Hatfield with a problem of overheating and my car was never fixed to date instead i was told to come fetch because they'd start charging for me storage. when i got to the dealership i had to tow my car because most of the parts were strapped out and missing. Every time I'd make follow up the service advisor(Laila Moosa) would lie to me and come up with all sorts of excuses till she told me that her manger said that there was nothing they could do to fix my car. this has affected my business for over a year as i use this car to earn a living. MCCARTHY did not handle my situation fairly and i don't expect this from such a big company. i need my car back in its condition and fixed. what am i now supposed to do with such a vehicle.
