Bad Service

Took my car to be serviced at the BIDVEST McCARTHY NISSAN GATEWAY dealership on the of 14th 2020. I fetch late (after 16:30, not 15:30 as promised), the noisy breaks I told them about were not fixed and the car was not washed. The service adviser said will call me back to have them fixed but to date (10th March 202) I have not been called. I have a service and maintenance plan for the car but just don't get what their issue is.
