Bad service

In March I bought a car at McCarthy in Pretoria corner Schoeman and Du - Toit street. I was assisted by Gerrit van Heerden. I received a car which was not registered, he said I should go to register it by myself and I should submit the slip, my ID copy and bank statement to him so that I get my refund. I did exactly what he told me, l submitted everything to him. From that day I never heard anything from him. I called to ask about it, he said he submitted my documents to head office so that I get my refund. After a month without hearing anything from him I called again. He told me that I have to resubmit my documents for me to receive a refund. Even today I am still waiting for my refund. I am so disappointed by his service. It is very poor. His assistance before I decided to take a car was good, after I took a car now he is sour to me.
