Bad Service

On the morning of the 15th June 2015 I took my car in for service at VW Mccarthy and there was Elsie Nel, one rude lady. She comes to me and she starts processing my car as if I am not even there. So politely I tell her my name and she goes on as if I am not there. And I ended asking what her name was and she responds by saying 'Elsie'. Now what I know about any service is that the first thing she could have said was \good morning my name is Elsie and welcome to VW". This would have put me at ease - and also know that I am handing my car to someone I can trust - not to someone who is so rude and could not be bothered by me as a client. Any way i left her obviously not impressed at all by her attitude. <br> Later that morning she calls me to let me know that my car needs to be painted (or whatever) and she thinks I am going to just spend money on their snotty car dealership after treating me like that? As if that was not enough"
