Bad customer service

I brought a car in for service today at around 7:20 am.i asked for a shuttle to Tembisa the drivers told me to ask the service manager which I did and he assured me he will ask his drivers as soon as their back to take to my destination. While I was still waiting one of the drivers come to me and mind you it's now 9am and he askes me if I can wait for my car while it's being serviced I said no I have been waiting for long... And now the service manager and the drivers disappeared on me what a shirty service now by the look of things this guys wanna force me to wait for the car... It's now 9:40 I am still waiting. Mind you I haven't bathed at all, I had my plans for the day now it's ruined by their shirty service
