BAD CUSTOMER CARE

I called the company this morning to get a quote I got and SMS from Ethan Birch at 08.53 who advised I should email my name etc and picture of the damage, Which I did at 9.09am I waited until about 12 pm and then called again. Ethan said he had passed it on to the person who deals with outside damage and he would put me through (I did not catch the name of the person I spoke to) who said the quote would be sent shortly At 15.30 I still had not received the quote I called again and spoke to someone who said that it had been passed to the person who handles the quotes and there was nothing else he could do I asked to speak to a manager who I was told was in a meeting I think his name was Clement) I left a message for him to call me. Never called back If this is the way you treat your customers, it is a wonder you have any
