Bad attitude and tried to rip me off at VW Wonderboom

<p>I visited the Mccarthy Volkswagen Wonderboom on the 28 Feb 2017. The sales person I dealt with was Jonathan. The lady that took me through to him made a joke about me wanting a Golf GTI. He did not take this as a joke and had a lack of interest when I told him I want to buy the Polo 1.2 tsi. First of all he showed no interest in helping me and everything was rushed and he was not listening to what I want in a car. He then did a valuation on my BMW. He then said that he will get back to me with a price and so I left. In the afternoon I still did not here anything back from him so I called him. He hardly said anything but we still waiting. He did not even say good bye and hung up. Later on he phoned me and said that they will give me R105 000 for my car which is a total *******!!!!. I went to another dealership and they did a valuation and gave me an immediate price of R160 000. This is a total ******* and they were trying to take me for a fast one. I will never ever do business with any Mccarthy branch as the quality service that I received was beyond disgraceful. I will now be doing my business else where and I have already convinced 3 Mccarthy clients to buy there future car else where. BUY NO PROPER TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES ON CUSTOMER CARE IS HOW YOU WILL LOSE BUSINESS.</p>
