Bad aftermarket

I noticed that companies no longer take helloPeter serious these days, but I had a bad experience with audi wonderboom, so before I bought a car there the salesman was all over my tail but after the deal was done in was given an up yours. I had to fight to get my plates, licence disc and mats. Now I wasn't given a spare key and I locked my keys in the car and now I had to leave my car at work and the ****** manager doesn't give a rats ass about clients. So is this how the VW group treats all its clients.I work for the Volvo group and I can assure you our services are far better and I wouldn't recommend audi wonderboom to anyone it's useless dealership.
