Anti-Hijack not functional after minor service at McCarthy Toyota N1 City

I would like to report an incident where I took my vehicle to McCarthy Toyota N1 City for a minor service on Wednesday 14th of September. I usually do my service there as it is close to where I stay and convenient. Two days later I realised that my anti-hijack system is not working when it was in a fully working state prior to the service. Monday morning, I reported it when the lady that checks up afterwards on the services, and she told me that she will inform the service advisor and the workshop foreman about the problem. Minutes later the service advisor phoned and told me I could bring my vehicle back and they will have a look at it. I took half a day off from work to go back to them. I left work at 13:00 to take my vehicle only to get there they advised me to go to Towbar Cape to have it checked out. I asked who is going to carry the cost and the two guys that helped me in the service centre at Toyota said that that would be the manager's call. Every time they tell me that they only did a minor service. I am well aware of the service they did, the problem is, when the ignition is started you need to do what I explained to the Service Advisor to do when I booked in my vehicle. I also reminded her before I left.

Please note: The morning I booked in my vehicle, I told the service advisor about the anti-hijack system and also explained to her how it works which is only an action that takes like 2 seconds. I also explained to her that I serviced my car at them before and my alarm as well as my anti hijack was not in a working state after the service which I had to fix at my own expense when it was in a fully working condition prior to the service done at their branch. This was about two years ago. I was without my vehicle for about 3 days. I had to again on my own expense see to transport. How is this proper customer service when I have to run around for something that was fully functional when I booked in my vehicle. Something that broke while the vehicle was in their possession but now I have to sort it out. Also when I went back to them on Monday, the Service Advisor only told me they will have a look at the back and that was the last time I saw her. The customer service is really terrible and I won’t take my vehicle back there as this is now the second time the same thing happened. No apologies only excuses.
