Angry ,disappointed

I had a really bad experience with VW Constantia ,i bought my car eary December last year, 1st of all it took then two wèeks for them to put on the leather seats ,after it took forever for me to get a disc for car registration, i ended up taking myself to the traffic department where as they promised to get my disc and registration sorted out ,i never complained and i was ok . After the consultant they got to get my insurance said my insurance with 1st for women was canceled for four months now i have been paying for two insurances n again i had to cancel it myself, and i paid over 800 for that consultant n till today bcos i did the job myself i haven't received a refund, now i still have not received my contract with the current insurance that they supposed to have organized. Now they rufuse for me to shop around for reasonable tacking companies .

I am really appalled.

I have been quite all along ,but this is too much.
