Almost 2 months and still no licence disk

I purchased a second hand car from Mccarthy GM Menlyn in January 2016. At the time of purchase I was assured that the licence disk would be available within 2 weeks. It is now 2 months later and I still have not received anything. I have phoned them repeatedly and each time they promise to get back to me ASAP. They never do and the date along with the reasons for all of this just keeps on changing. This is very poor and indifferent service from such an established company and I will certainly never do business with them again. I suggest any one not looking at having their time wasted do the same.
