Agitated customer

After taking my car to be serviced on 12th of October 2015 i heard no response and it seems like everytime i have to call first so i can get update. Until this day i haven't received any cost estimation of the job tobe done which he is not exactly sure what the problem is. I asked for an alternative transport which i ddnt get any response from him. I mean atleast tell me whats wrong with the car, give me updates, progress, a quataion and tell me when the job can be finished if you can't give me a car to use inthe mean time.
