Supposed lifestyle benefits are not easy to access, The call center is not easy to get through to unless its the emergency services (this is generally covered by your car insurance anyway). Have been trying to get through to raise a query for 3 days now, Any complaints raised via the clubmccarthy website never even get a response. Never even got my membership card after a year and many calls.
