After sale service

I bought a car from McCarthy Toyota Kingsmead Durban from a lady name Sihleh took delivery on the 10th January 2018. There were still things needed to be sorted out after that which kept delaying but I kept calm. After I took the car the after sale service was very minimum regarding other issue that come with buying a car including cash backs I was honest with her the first time I bought the what were my intentions with it. Up until now those major thing have not been done coz the day keeps being postponed. I was suppose to receive something during the week which was said I should wait for Friday. But DOLOLO

I just spoke to her manager now by the name of Ronald but he just useless and telling its weekend he can't do anything.

I'm even regretting buying from this Kingsmead dealership now since these a lot of Toyota dealers in Durban.

The after sale service is very bad.
