Abuse of power

Hallo All

I had to create an account just to report this bad, down right s**t attitude of the Manager at Bidvest McCarthy VW Constantia Kloof.

I went car shopping at Bidvest McCarthy VW Constantia Kloof. It just around the corner from my work. Walking around looking at the cars and the Manager there start to cream and curse the people that work for him.

My word and the aggression on his face. Where did this A-hole come for? Hell of the Middle East?? You just dont. You cant treat you staff like ****. If it was me, Lord help me ill hit him in that pie hole that noise box. I can use word to describe what went throw my mind.

If a company treat there staff, the men and women that make them money, like that, what can we as customers expect. What kind of customer service will i get when the car give me problems or even just to phone in for help.

Ill rather go the a different Brand were i feel save and were my sale rep is treated with respect.

This is an Blatant Abuse of power and that cant go on. Union people. Give them hell
