9 weeks for reg docs, still no spare keys+extras

I bought a 2013 Chev Sonic from McCarthy in Woodmead in cash on 17th September 2015. The car licence had expired on the 15/01/2015. On the 29th Sept I was given a temporary licence for 3 weeks, thereafter I was given an additional one for another 3 weeks and another which expired on 30th November 2015. On 30th Nov I finally got the licence and disc, registration papers have the wrong address printed after my name. I live in Edenglen and papers are registered in Bedfordview. I never lived in Bedfordview. I was also promised \in writing"to receive a set of spare keys and a Tom Tom the week after I bought the car. Today"
