4years/120 000 warranty does not mean a thing

I bought my car end of 2013 , 30 000 km with the 4 years/120 000 km intact. when I send my car in for its 100 000 km service In july 2015 (current km on car 91 716) ford told me my steering rack is leaking. also that the 4 years/120 000 factory warranty was cancelled by ford as the first km service was done on 27 000km instead of 15000/20000. also because the second service was not done by ford. so I bought a second hand car from McCarthy who told me the car still has it factory warranty. but in fact it meant nothing. I contact first for Michele at McCarthy who referred me to morne van aswegen as I expect them to fix this leak or pay for this. at first he keeps on coming back to me that budget(the car belong to them first) will provide prove that the car was service on 15000/20000. but he never come back after that. I keep on sending email but he never replies back now. I shall never ever buy a car from McCarthy again
