refund at bidvest burchmore

i went to an auction at burchmore's mid - august and up until now they have not refunded my deposit. its the third week now and they do not seem like they want to refund my money back. i keep on calling the refund department and the lady over keeps on sayin she will call me back and she doesnt.. i do not recommend anyone to go to that auction because they are absolutely *********
