Refund

I am disappointed by how Burchmores treats its customers. I deposited r5 000 to take part in the auction on the 11.08.2018. I did buy anything on the day & I was expecting that my money would be refunded.

To my disappointment the speed-point did not refund me on the day. Which is very interesting that it could easily debit my money, but is interesting refusing to refund me. I was given details to send an email to Jane in the business to do an EFT in to my account. This I submitted on the 13.08.2018, with no update or anything. I decided to query this 21.08.2018.

I get a mail from the same lady the following day saying the refund process is starting only today 22.08.2018, with no apology, nothing.

Wow what a service (shocked).

I am not one to complain much about service, but this is really ridiculous. Is Bidvest Burchmores even a registered financial services provider to keep my money with them for so long? If they are where does it state on their website? How much interest are they generating from my hard earned money?

I don’t even have an account them. I am still waiting for my refund to date

I would not encourage anyone to bid for cars at Burchmores.
