Reap off, selling none runner as a runner

I bought a chevy cruze in December before the holidays 2019 paid everything, i came collecting the car and firstly the service book had 180000km ,but the dashboard had 91000km, well since they said once u purchase a vehicle its no duty repairs on refund, so i took the car drove off the property filled up the tank, when they put water at the garage its all licked so i kept few in the car as soon as i got to N1 the car switched off, smoked, towed it to Claremont my mechanic checked it and said its top gasket,water pump, oil pump and many more basically engine was all dead car should be sold as none runner,,, in march i went back to them and inform them of my situation they told me nothing they can do, now im sitting with just a body,,, engine is irreparable as even the cranksft side was already damaged its so sad for me as that was my first car buy reap off
