Poor service

I requested my refund for a registration that is required when you want to bid. Since I did not buy I then requested a refund. I lodged my request five weeks ago and the told me it's only take 7 working days for the money to reflect on my account but then I haven't yet received my money. They ignoring emails also not answering their calls. I am really tired of this hide ana seek.
