Pathetic service

Good day I'm really disappointed in how this went down at your woodmead branch , a Nothula from Colserve has received all docs needed from me to fetch my car, and however she didn't advice the closing time and your websites say 5pm. I got there at 4h30pm, and a guy by Arthur refused to help me and he rudely told me you closed at 4pm , what kind of customer service is that now ? Mind you on Saturday you only open for auction but we can't collect our cars . I need my car before monday and I will get it.
