No logbook for 11 months

My partner and I bought a car on auction I'm August 2021. Til date we have not received a logbook. Initially we were told to wait for 2 weeks as it was at the garage they sold the car for. Whenever we follow it up we were given 2-4 weeks waiting period. They then turn around and claimed to have handed it over to us of which they never did. Two weeks ago I drove from GP to Dbn to speak f2f to Shaun and he said they have app**** for another logbook and we should have it by 1 July 2022, I asked if there's no logbook what should we do coz it's been far too long and the disc has expired, he promised a way forward when we know if we've received or not by the 1st which is today. I called him around 12h00, he said he was on a call and promised to call but as always he did not. I called him again and he's now not taking my calls
