Long waiting time on a very quiet day

Waiting time on their quite days is very bad. I've been the only person in the queue for 30 minutes now ( In Burchmore Malboro Sandton), no one is bothered to say or ask anything. There's about 5 employees roaming around and not caring about who anything and anyone.

Please train your staff to prioritize and attend to people before phone calls and friends
