Dissatisfaction

As per telephone communication.

Referring to the car ive purchased from you guys.

Reg : HRR 002 MP

POLO COMFORT LINE 2007 MODEL

Ive purchased the above mentioned car online auction and went for collection on Wednesday 21/10/2020.

Upon collection i was only notified about the battery if it might have a problem starting.

As this is my first car purchase i was not informed to check all other things (as also this was not in the non runner section) believed to be a well of car.

Drove the car home not exceeding any speed regulations.

As i was happy to show case my car to family. I drove strainght home.

On the way near home, i could hear certain engine sounds.

Upon arriving the car had already producing steam in the bonet and asked wat it could be..

Upon futher checking the car has been found to have an engine fault resulting in the top gasket to has been not ok.

With my disatisfaction i would like to know what channels to go with my disatisfaction.

Your response will be highly appreciated.

Nb:till today I have not received any commutation
