Deposit refund delays

I’m greatly disappointed with Burchmores for my husband and I have always bought cars from them, but lately I have been experiencing a problem with regards to receiving my deposit refunds on time I constantly have to call or physically enquirer about the deposit. I have sent them an email on the 23rd of Jan but I haven’t received it ,yet they say it takes 5 to 7 working days.
