Burchmore's Sandton false marketed a code 3 car as a code 2

Brought a car last year in February, it was advertised and sold as a used (code 2) car, but found out in January this year that the car was a code 3, the rear-left chassis (facing the car) was damaged and badly put back together. Complained about it, they told me straight up that anything could've happened whilst the car was in my possession, that they don't do formal inspections and were not aware of the damaged chassis. Now I'm trying to access information/documents from when the car was advertised until the point of sale, again they are being unreasonable referring me back to the ombudsman, blatantly denying me access to information. Be careful with these Burchmore's Sandton cannot be trusted, asked if potential bidders were allowed to jack the car and take the wheels off during inspection, they said that wasn't allowed.
