Burchmores management- ***********

Purchased a WESBANK vehicle at Burchmores Auction in Durban. Sold the same vehicle at Burchmores in March 2023. Two years later, the vehicle was impounded at a roadblock. Burchmore's Manager advised me to reimburse client on *** and Burchmores would reimburse me. I paid the client and expected Burchmores to reimburse me. Todate they have not reimbursed me. I have contacted them on numerous occasions, however, they are not taking accountability. The managers at Burchmores need to ensure that vehicles undergo proper clearance prior to the auction. This will avoid these undesirable situations like this. Also, change of ownership documents are not submitted timeously, resulting in the seller being liable for licensing fees and Burchmores is not reimbursing the seller on time. The management at Burchmores need to be proactive and efficient in dealing with issues. The excuse that they are busy is very unprofessional.
