Bidvest Burchmores - Pathetic Service!

On the 11/01/2020 I purchased a vehicle from Bidvest Burchmores Springfield Park, Durban. The vehicle was financed fully through Wesbank & released to me on the 14/01/2020. A month after the auction and numerous requests to management to release the deposit held by the company to me seems to just fall on deaf ears. An email was sent to the manager Thea Blignaut who passed the buck onto Charlotte Malunga and Linda Samuels who all don't seem to be bothered - they do not respond to requests or respond to emails. A pathetic company & service levels.
