Bidvest Burchmores need to respect the consumer

I bought a car on auction that is an absolute wreck. This was not noticable on the auction floor. There were no faults and defects listed in the auction documentation. I bought the car for my son, a varsity student. But I have been told by 2 independent mechanical workshops that this vehicle has severe accident damage. When I requested to cancel the transaction, I was told that I may not cancel. Yet, there is no way Bidvest Burchmores were not aware of the damage. The CPA will hopefully provide me with protection, as this vehicle should ostensibly have been sold under the non runner. It is for all intents and purposes beyond reasonable repair. It would be a risk to my son and other road users if I proceeded to use this vehicle. I am supremely disappointed by Bidvest Burchmores lack of ethics! CPA, here I come
