Bad, bad, bad, bad customer service

I've deposited an amount in their account and requested a refund back, filled in the refund form and was told the money would be refunded in 14 days.. It's been more than 14 days and my money hasn't been refunded. Sent multiple emails but no one seems to bother responding.
