Unacceptable Management – Unprofessional & Negligent- Worst Managing Agent

We are extremely disappointed with the services provided by MCBMA as the managing agent of our building. They have failed to fulfill their obligations, demonstrating a lack of professionalism, financial mismanagement, and a disregard for the body corporate’s interests. The managing agent has not provided the required reports to body corporate members every four months, leaving owners uninformed about critical financial and operational matters. Funds have been poorly managed, with a failure to balance both the administrative and reserve funds, putting the financial stability of the body corporate at risk. MCBMA has been unable or unwilling to collect outstanding levies from certain owners and they have been ducking and diving when requested for an AGM which has not been held in over 4 years. Since MCBMA took over from the trustees' self-management, both the financial health and maintenance of the building have deteriorated significantly, highlighting their incompetence. if you are considering MCBMA as your managing agent, think twice—their mismanagement has resulted in serious financial and operational harm. We do not recommend their services, and they have been refusing to step down. If anyone knows where we can formally report them, please let me know. Their behavior has gone too far and must be addressed
