Unprofessional Management, Privacy Breaches, and Severe Safety Negligence

My experience with MCBMA Property Management has been completely unacceptable. Rather than maintaining a safe, professional, and well-managed estate, management consistently turns a blind eye to severe operational, security, and privacy failures. Security Failures & Lack of Accountability: Management and their security providers (such as SB Security) fail to protect residents. During a serious security breach and trespassing incident, security officers actively socialized with trespassers and ignored requests for help, while management issues inaccurate incident reports to cover up liability. Targeted Harassment & Defamation: Instead of addressing legitimate grievances, management engages in third-party collusion, spreads malicious narratives, and allows false, fabricated claims against residents to circulate without ever verifying facts or providing requested CCTV footage. Privacy & Access Control Violations: There are alarming breaches of data privacy and access control within the complex. Unauthorized third parties somehow obtain active exit codes, while internal logs and tenant movements are improperly leaked and tracked. Exclusion & Administrative Negligence: Tenants are unfairly excluded from essential community communication channels—such as critical updates regarding power and water outages—leaving families completely in the dark on vital utilities. Furthermore, basic administrative vetting and operational standards are ignored until convenience dictates otherwise. Overall, MCBMA fails to provide the basic duty of care expected of a property management company, fostering an unsafe, hostile, and deeply unprofessional environment. I will be escalating these ongoing breaches through the appropriate legal and regulatory channels.
