Really not even the basics

Pathetic service and lack of professional conduct; threatening with cringe-worthy attorney (apparently the experience of not only me...) the moment they cannot (or just will not...) comprehend the basics of what is required. Ducking and diving explicit requests for substantiating info regarding levies. After 4 years of being forced to deal with this crowd, I REALLY WON'T recommend them to anyone.
