Mbizi Game Lodge - what a dissapointment

The bad service and disappointment started when walking into the reception. Lady that helped us is very unprofessional and plain rude. One of the manager were very rude to his own staff in front of us, which leaves me to wonder how the staff is treated when not in front of guests. I came home with bed bug bites all over and had to fumigate my home! The animal in the enclosed farm area is very neglected and chickens clearly under huge stress. I have reported to SPCA and is sending photos.
