Mbizi Game Lodge and Spa.

Very disappointed!! Halfway on our way to Mbizi Game Lodge and Spa, the lady phoned and said that there is no electricity, but it's no need to worry because there is a generator which the restaurant is using. We were halfway and didn't want to turn around. After we set up camp, we wanted to use the jacuzzi, who started to drain itself when it was half. Plan B we went to go for a swim at the swimming pools but you could hardly see the bottom of all the pools because of the dirt that was floating on top of the water and it was green. We understand it is not their fault, but don't take our money and not inform us about the concern of which your facilities are in. The generator was the entire day and night on, it was about 150m from our camping site. We left early Saterday morning because of the power and also about the grouse swimming pools. We could have just stayed home!! The lady revise to give our money back!! Watch out, easy to take your money but doesn't want to give it back if they failed to comply by their advertising off clean swimming pools and facilities!!!
