Mbizi Caravan Park not compliant to Consumer Protection. Disgusting service and attitude.

We made a booking (two Pvt ablution sites) on this Monday, for accommodation in late April 22. Payment was made in full on Monday. Within tow hours of the eft booking, we changed one of the sites to a shared ablution. This was done in writing and telephonic. Although a new site number was booked and revised invoice promised, we were later informed that a credit note is not possible. An amount of R1200. This is disgusting. We were not cancelling our booking but changing sites. What kind o0f people take pride in doing such business.
